1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered through the 14klwin platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the 14klwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the 14klwin Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14klwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion with notice posted on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 14klwin Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 14klwin strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds held therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity for personal gaming purposes.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or affiliate of 14klwin or any of its associated entities, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 14klwin or any other gaming operator, that is currently in effect at the time of registration or use.

14klwin reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed to 14klwin's reasonable satisfaction.

3. Account Registration

To access 14klwin's gaming products, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one (1) 14klwin account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You must notify 14klwin promptly of any changes to your registered information.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 14klwin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you and subject to these Terms.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: 14klwin may require you to complete identity verification procedures at registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (such as a Malaysian national identity card or passport) and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 14klwin Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 14klwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available at 14klwin's discretion.

• Deposits: Deposits credited to your 14klwin account become available for wagering upon confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. 14klwin targets processing of eWallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank) are typically processed within one (1) business hour. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to 14klwin are from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 14klwin is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations. 14klwin reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

14klwin may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players (collectively "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In addition, the following general conditions apply:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• 14klwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any Promotion at any time and to recover any bonus funds credited to an account where 14klwin reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms in connection with that Promotion.
• Only one (1) account per person, household, device, or IP address may participate in any given Promotion unless otherwise stated.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By participating in any game or betting activity on the 14klwin Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where 14klwin, at its sole discretion, determines that an obvious error has occurred in the display of odds or game outcomes.
• 14klwin reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or deliberate exploitation of a system error or pricing anomaly.
• The results of all live casino games are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live croupier action, which are independently audited. 14klwin does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook odds are set at 14klwin's discretion and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement and confirmation constitute the agreed odds for that wager.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within each product and may vary by table, game, or market. 14klwin reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 14klwin Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one (1) account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by 14klwin.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to artificially influence outcomes or exploit pricing inefficiencies.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account for any purpose on the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security systems, account verification procedures, or responsible gaming controls.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 14klwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game designs, user interfaces, and database structures — is the property of 14klwin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 14klwin's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 14klwin and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform or on third-party payment networks.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.

Nothing in these Terms limits 14klwin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Privacy

14klwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must cease use of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

14klwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates under international gaming authority licensing standards. The following responsible gaming conditions are integral to these Terms:

• The 14klwin Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. This age requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through identity verification.
• Registered players may access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools directly from their 14klwin account dashboard at any time.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted through the Platform will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, 14klwin will use reasonable technical measures to prevent account access. However, the Player acknowledges that 14klwin cannot guarantee prevention of access through means outside its control.
• 14klwin does not extend credit to players for the purpose of gambling. All bets must be placed using funds held in a player's 14klwin account balance.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

14klwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At your voluntary request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Upon termination, any funds remaining in a verified account after deduction of applicable charges will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

14klwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the Platform or registered email address with reasonable notice prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 14klwin's licensing jurisdiction and, where relevant, the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 14klwin Platform that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable jurisdiction's arbitral authority.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 14klwin reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
